Hi, I'm Kellidie
I’m a dog trainer who has experienced the struggles of owning a reactive dog. Constantly scanning, feeling embarrassed, and planning when and where to walk my dog. It was stressful, exhausting and I can’t believe I put up with it for so long. 7 years to be exact!
Living with a reactive dog taught me dog training is more than just the dog. I know the frustration, embarrassment, and helplessness that comes with everyday walks. It took patience, understanding, and consistency to work through those challenges with my own dog, but that experience shaped the trainer I am today. It gave me real empathy for owners in the same position, and a practical understanding of what it truly takes to create calm, lasting change.
Today you’ll generally see me and my former reactive dog thriving as we enjoy café visits, family outings and adventures together.
Dog Training for the Real World
My approach is calm, practical and honest, aimed to help owners build skills to address their dogs behaviour. The skills work in everyday life, not just in a training session and continue long after our time together has finished.
I value understanding the owner and dog in front of me as individuals, because no two families or dogs are the same. Whether it’s puppy training, behaviour challenges or creating a more enjoyable life together, I focus on simple, effective training that strengthens the bond between owner and dog.
